Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the DressMe mobile application ("Application"), operated by the DressMe Team ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Application.
By accessing or using DressMe, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your country), have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you are using the app on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Disclaimer: AI-generated try-on images are for visualisation and style inspiration purposes only. Actual garment fit, colour accuracy, and fabric appearance may vary from the generated image. DressMe does not guarantee that clothing items will look identical when worn in real life.
Subscriptions are available for purchase through the Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android). Prices are displayed in USD and may vary by region based on local currency and applicable taxes.
We may offer a free trial period for new subscribers. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee unless you cancel before the trial ends. Trial eligibility is determined by Apple or Google and is typically limited to new subscribers only.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price as your current plan.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. We will provide reasonable advance notice of any pricing changes through the app or via email. Continued use of the app after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
All subscription purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund requests are subject to the respective store's refund policies. We do not control refund decisions made by Apple or Google.

All content, technology, AI models, software, text, graphics, and branding within the Application are owned by or licensed to DressMe and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary content without express written permission.
You retain ownership of photos you submit to the Application. By submitting photos, you grant DressMe a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process your photos solely for the purpose of providing the AI try-on service. We will not use your photos for any other purpose without your consent.
AI-generated try-on images created by the Application are provided for your personal use. You may save and share generated images for personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial use of generated images requires prior written consent from DressMe.
Important Notice About AI Try-On Output:
Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Application, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DressMe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Application, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any purchasing decisions made based on AI-generated try-on images.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DressMe and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Application, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of a third party.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Application will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the Application or via email. Your continued use of the Application after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
